| Step 1: We will remove your door from its hinges in order to achieve better results. Your existing hardware will be removed (if possible) to be reinstalled at the end of the process. We will then seal your entry way with plastic to ensure no outside insects or other elements will enter your home. |
| Step 2: We will begin to chemically strip your old finish to reveal your doors bare wood. Minor damages will be repaired (dents, scratches and loose trim) at no additional cost. |
| Step 3: We will sand your door using three grains of sand paper to ensure the smoothest finish. |
| Step 4: Before the staining process we inspect the door's wood to verify all dents and scratches have been resolved. |
| Step 5: We will begin staining your door with the color of your choice. |
| Step 6: We begin applying your four coats of Helmsman UV / Weather Protectant, allowing dry time between coats, to provide better results. |
| Step 7: Once dried and reinstalled, we will install your new Energy Saving Weather Stripping if needed (additional fee) |
